At Slatkin + Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring fragile glass candles are well-protected to prevent breakage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
